Driftwood Box Piece

Driftwood Box Piece

This piece of driftwood would have originally been part of a box that held salted salmon.  Nowadays, styrofoam boxes are used.

The writing says "島水" which is a person's name and translates to "Island water".

Grab this piece of history and add to your coastal decor!

Condition: Scratches and scruffs for that perfect look.  Please note, one nail is slightly exposed.

Each driftwood piece has been treated at home however please note Australian customers, that there is no commercial treament license so Customs may not allow this item.

Each piece is collected by me from my local beach in North Eastern Japan and posted directly from Japan.
