Sea glass and sea pottery are like a gem in reverse. Where regular gems are made by nature and then refined by man, sea glass and sea pottery are man-made but then refined by nature.
THE LOGO
Reverse.Gem's logo is a traditional Japanese pattern called "Seigaiha" (青海波). This literally means blue wave of the sea. It is a repetitive pattern of layered concentric circles creating arches which are symbolic of waves.
THE BRAND
Founded in 2015 by Christina Sawka in Northern Eastern Japan. What began as a simple documentation of beachcombing finds, with the help of the many friends and the worldwide beachcombing community, has turned into a successful small business.
